Providing for an adjournment of the Legislature until June 12, 2016, at two o’clock p.m.

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That when adjournment is taken by the two houses of the Legislature at the close of their respective sessions on June 2, 2016, such adjournment shall be until June 12, 2016, at two o’clock p.m., pursuant to Section 23, Article VI of the Constitution of the State of West Virginia, unless called to reconvene prior to that time by the presiding officers of the Senate and House of Delegates.
